We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China, including the US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
In-stock items are dispatched after payment confirmation; tracking numbers are provided once shipped.
Wholesale and OEM orders typically take 30–40 days for production before dispatch.
Delivery time is usually 7–20 business days depending on destination and shipping method.
Import duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns are accepted case by case with prior authorization. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Made-to-order and OEM products are non-returnable.
