1. Which vehicles are compatible?
Our Universal Ambient Lighting and Aroma Diffuser Docks fit all makes and models. Smart Physical Control Buttons are designed specifically for JETOUR T2 and BYD vehicles.
2. How long does installation take?
- Ambient Lighting Kit: wired installation, approximately 4+ hours per vehicle. Professional installation is recommended.
- Aroma Diffuser Dock: plug-and-play, installs in about 10 minutes — no wiring needed.
- Smart Physical Control Buttons: professional installation required.
3. Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples. Samples are available at a one-time discounted sample price, so you can check the quality before placing a wholesale order.
4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Wholesale orders typically start at around 10 units per model. For larger volumes, contact us for a quotation.
5. Do you support OEM / ODM orders?
Yes. OEM orders are welcome, with a typical production lead time of 30–40 days.
6. How does the ambient lighting system respond to doors and blind zones?
When a door opens, red light flashes to highlight the exit area. When a moving object is detected in the blind zone or while reversing, a yellow light signal appears. The system works through a wired connection — no complex coding required.
7. Does the aroma diffuser need an app?
No app is needed. The dock uses a replaceable fragrance pad — one scent per pad, swapped in seconds. Refill pads are available for repeat purchase.
8. Are certifications completed?
Certifications are not yet finalized. We work closely with our distributors to support local market certification requirements.
